Stainless steel keg necks Spear and neck from one source.
The neck is welded into the top of the stainless steel keg and holds the spear. AOBAOSI has made keg necks since 1998 and has supplied keg manufacturers across Europe for years.

Necks for every keg
Six standard necks are shown here: threaded necks with 2″–14 TPI to BS 84 for the A, S, G and M spears, plus unthreaded necks, including the D neck and the ABS neck. The range goes further — short threads, coarse threads, larger diameters, no thread at all. We manufacture to the keg maker’s specification: tell us what your keg needs and we will work out the matching neck. All images are rendered from the original CAD data.

Unthreaded necks

What belongs together comes together.
Anyone building kegs gets the neck and the matching spear from the same manufacturer at AOBAOSI: necks from the Ruian plant, spears from the Lishui plant.

Questions about keg necks
What thread do the keg necks have?
The threaded necks have 2″–14 TPI to BS 84. There are also unthreaded necks for spears that are held in place with a retaining ring.
What material are the keg necks made of?
AISI 304 stainless steel, like the beer-contact parts of the spears.
How long has AOBAOSI made keg necks?
Since 1998. Keg necks were AOBAOSI’s entry into the beverage industry, and it has supplied international keg manufacturers ever since.
Do AOBAOSI spears and necks fit together?
Yes. Spears, keg necks and keg couplers are matched to one another and come from a single source.
